Terms and Conditions for Trans Himaalayan Air Pvt Ltd

General Terms and Conditions: Trans Himaalayan Air Pvt Ltd is a charter helicopter service provider, offering services for Chardham Yatra, including Kedarnath, Badrinath, Yamunotri, and Gangotri. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment:

Bookings can be made by visiting our website or contacting our customer service center. A minimum of 50% payment must be made at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the departure date. Failure to make the final payment within the specified time will result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the departure date will result in a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 7 to 3 days before the departure date will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the departure date will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

Flight Delays and Cancellations:

Flights may be delayed or cancelled due to weather conditions, technical issues, or any other unforeseeable circumstances. In the event of a delay or cancellation, Trans Himaalayan Air Pvt Ltd will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative flight or a full refund. Trans Himaalayan Air Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from a flight delay or cancellation.

Baggage:

Baggage weight restrictions apply to all flights. Passengers are allowed to carry a maximum of 5 kg of baggage per person. Any excess baggage must be approved by Trans Himaalayan Air Pvt Ltd and may incur an additional fee.

Passenger Conduct:

Passengers are required to follow all instructions given by the pilot and the crew. Smoking, consuming alcohol, and carrying any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all flights. Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of the flight or the passengers will result in immediate termination of the flight.

Liability:

Trans Himaalayan Air Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any losses or damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, or loss of property, arising from the use of our services. Trans Himaalayan Air Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.The maximum liability of Trans Himaalayan Air Pvt Ltd shall be limited to the amount paid by the passenger for the services.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Modifications:

Trans Himaalayan Air Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to these terms and conditions shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
